Infected with Camelcap.com? How frustrated.

If you have Camelcap.com on your computer, you may have the same experience like below:

Every few seconds I get a pop up with the message: "malicious website blocked" domain: ninthclub.com outgoing was blocked. The same message with camelcap.com pops up with less frequency. Please advise me on how to remove. Thanks.
