Fixed! Remove Bilisearch.net/search Browser Hijakcer Completely

If you have Bilisearch.net/search on your computer, you may have the same experience like below:

bilisearch.net/search seems to attach itself to Google Chrome and comes up in a new tab. I can't find it anywhere in my computer. Any help appreciated. thanks.
