Remove Whitcombteam.com Popup - Guide to Completely Get Rid of Whitcombteam.com

Hi, I keep getting a popup on chrome which says "The page at whitcombteam.com says" it then has a load of unintelligible drivel and then, when I try to delete it, it says that I need to update jave. Which I don't. I imagine that it's phishing but anybody know what it is and how to get rid of it?
