"My computer running on windows vista lost the explorer access, tried restoring but failed. Cant remove unwanted programs using the uninstall.Unwanted programs: YTDownloader, MyUtubetheater and shopper pro. This may have corrupted my internet explorer, wont allow me to reinstall explorer no matter how I tried. Something is blocking the re installation. Please help or let me know how to remove these files and reinstall explorer."
