He accidentally picked up GooSaVe extension when he inadvertently click on Easy Downloader on a web site. He Removed the extension from Chrome and deleted the program from the control panel. He thought he was clean but every time he opens Chrome, the GooSaVe extension is back and enabled. He wants to get rid of this extension permanently but doesn't know how.
