He runs a computer with Windows 8.1 and his favorite browser is Internet Explorer. He accidentally download something called ' GamesDesktop '. It has hijacked his Internet Explorer. He can't disable it from within Manage Add-ons because it is grey out. Now his computer screen is inundated with numerous ads and he has no idea how to stop it.
