Need to Stop Pop-up - Login.lataminternet.com/search.php Removal Help

"Somehow getting it set up http://login.lataminternet.com/search.php?q=fsquirt. exe has hijacked my home page. I can't find any help to get rid of this. I can't access google chrome to search for things and use facebook. I changed my home page to google as the default web page, but it goes to this Login.lataminternet.com/search.php. Tried to contact them several times.... no answer, of course.I am at a loss with this …"
