Completely Remove Tapxchange.com Browser Hijacker - Get Rid of Tapxchange Homepage

Recently, many computer users have complained that Tapxchange.com infiltrate into their computer and change their browser setting without their permission:

I seem to have picked up something nasty, this search engine (http://Tapxchange.com/) comes up in both Chrome and IE11.

Tapxchange.com appears to have affected my computer. What can be done to remove the Tapxchange.com?
