Remove Instant Support Pop-up Ads from the Computer

Infected with Instant Support Pop-up? How frustrated.

If you have Instant Support Pop-up on your computer, you may have the same experience like below:

I'm running Windows 10. I have downloaded malware while trying to download a program from Tucows, which I had thought might be safe. I am getting continuous pop-ups from something called Instant Support. Audio popups continuously,popups telling me I have viruses and to call them immediately, and sometimes they cannot be clicked off without restarting the computer. There were three programs that I know of that were downloaded on the 4th. Please help and advise.
