RoyalCooUpoNN Extension Removal Help - Guide to Completely Get Rid of RoyalCooUpoNN Ads

RoyalShopperApp and RoyalCooUpoNN are installed on my system and can't be uninstalled. This seems to target chrome only as Internet Exlporer seems unaffected. In Chrome, it opens a couple of pop-up windows. I have to kill the app to shutdown.
