Istartsurf will cause quite a lot of PC problems:
Istartsurf is a pesky browser hijacker which is able to attack Google Chrome, IE, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and Safari. Once your system is infected by Istartsurf, your favorite homepage, the same as default search engine may be replaced automatically by this nasty bug. Every time you try to open a new tab, Istartsurf pops up immediately. Be attention, the search results displayed by Istartsurf are full of spam links and commercial ads which may redirect you to dubious websites or download some potential unwanted apps into your PC once you click them.
