Solve Ads by DealNoDeal Problem - How to Remove DealNoDeal Adware Thoroughly?

"So i recently downloaded an ad called dealnodeal and i can't unistall it evertyime i try to unistall it, it says to shut down all my browser i did do that but it wouldn't unistall i have try reinstalling my mozilla and i tried getting an ad blocker but that also didn't work.... I also got an anti virus but that didn't help either and those pop up are really annoying when ever i click on a website in google it opens up a new tab and now i don't know what to do.:/"
