Delete ShopperPro3 Completely - Get Rid of ShopperPro Ads

Infected with Shopperpro.dll after factory reset. Did a factory reset of my laptop recently, after this when I use the internet there are ads by shopperpro everywhere. I have Iobit malware fighter which detects 4 .dll files with the name shopperpro in the title and it says it deletes them but it doesn't and when I run the scan again they are there. Please help.
