Remove Capricorns Ads - Stop Ads powered by Capricorns

What is Capricorns?

Recently many computer users complained that their computer have been infected with Capricorns:

Virus! Please help! So my computer has a problem. When I am on Chrome, Steam, and Skype, I get ads. For steam I know it comes from Steam Client Web Helper, but I am hesitant to delete it as it may be important to Steam. I am not sure if I'm getting this right, but it says something like "Ads powered by Capricorns." Please help. Thanks!
