Remove 1330659345.rsc.cdn77.org Pop-up Scam - Get Rid of SYSTEM ERROR WARNING Pop-up

This morning on opening Yahoo with Google Chrome, I got one of those pop up notices that locked up the screen. Basically it said Dear Verizon customer Suspicious activity has been noticed on your computer, with a number to call a certified FIOS tech. Had to cold shut down computer, as I could not close google. I'm running windows 10 with Norton security. I've run scans with Norton and House call with no results. I did find the page url in history. It was SYSTEM ERROR WARNING. 1330659345.rsc.cdn77.org
