Remove Go.padsdel.com Redirect - Get Rid of Go.padsdel.com Pop-up

Infected with Go.padsdel.com? How frustrated.

If you have Go.padsdel.com on your computer, you may have the same experience like below:

Since a couple of days I see a tab called 'redirect' in Google browser with this url: http://go.padsdel.com/?r=%2Fmb%2Fhan&zoneid=369266&pbk2=5e7cdb72deca8b95... (link is external) This is a blank page. Can anyone tell me what this is and how to get rid of it?

I use Mozilla Firefox and have installed some additional plugins / extensions. For the past few days I notice whenever I open any website and click anywhere a new browser window opens automatically with this URL:
http://go.padsdel.com/afu.php?id=245772 
How can I get rid of it? Should I try uninstalling the browser and then re-install? Please help.
