Infected with Foundonline-zeus.com? How frustrated.

How do I get rid of foundonline-zeus which has taken over my safari and has blocked any other kid of use on safari. I couldn't open safari or use any internet at all. The issue was a Debug malware error 895-system 32.exe from foundonline-zeus.com; it advised us to call a Microsoft technician at 786-558-2726; I called the number then I was connected to an apple expert and he told me he works for apple and my options were to pay for more warrant of $249 or $499. With that I would get a free malwarebytes and pay money to fix the issue.
