Remove GetTheDiscount from the Computer Completely

I want to delete a program called "GetTheDiscount". I do my best and try to delete this program "GetTheDiscount" on my pc. When i want to delete it in the control panel i get the message to close the browser. Tried many times but can't get it away. Anybody an answer on this ?
