Remove dypres.ru Pop-up Completely

My laptop computer is infected with some kind of undetectable malware. This is my computer from work and I think it got infected with a USB drive, I am not sure. Dypres.ru is a malicious popup when I was browsing on the Internet. I am trying to stop Dypres.ru pop-up but i can't , can anyone help?

(2).In the pop-up dialog box, click the View tab and uncheck Hide protected operating system files (Recommended).

Step 5: Go to the Registry Editor and remove all related registry entries.
