Tips to Remove http://www.mediaplex.com/ Redirect - Disable mediaplex.com Pop-up

Infected with mediaplex.com? How frustrated.

If you have mediaplex.com on your computer, you may have the same experience like below:

This morning I opened Chrome and got my home page no problem. Then I attempted to load cbc.ca/ . It opened a page that said Mediaplex banned server, which then redirected me to http://www.mediaplex.com/. I checked the address bar and it says cbc.ca/ Mediaplex redirect. I checked IE 8 and the same problem does not happen. I used an incognito window in Chrome and I was able to log on as usual. I checked the cookies and there was a folder mediaplex, which I went into and deleted the cookies, but they come back the next time I open Chrome. How do I get rid of the redirect and the mediaplex junk, permanently?
