help2015@mail is a ramsomware program which is dangerous and executes commands from an attacker. Recently help2015@mail has bothered computer users a lot:
Hi All. I've been hit by a ransomware bug (Don't know which one yet - that's what I'm hoping to find out on this thread!) Basically, earlier in the month I discovered that a load of my JPG and MS office files had changed from standard file extensions to a format like this: CIMG1152.JPG.id-9737394708_help2015@mail
References.doc.id-9737394708_help2015@mail etc.In retrospect we noticed all the files had the same number after the id part of the extension. That seems to be a clue for the ransomware. Needless to say, these cannot now be opened. We have been unable to find any ransom note - not that I'd pay it! Hoping brighter people than me can help and maybe learn something from this!
help2015@mail is a kind of file encrypting ransomware virus which is capable to encrypt users' data on the computer. Usually this kind of virus can infiltrate into the computer through spam email attachment, unsafe program, malicious links or hacked sites, etc. Once gets into the computer, Megacode@alphamail10.com will change the computer setting including the system files and registry entries. It can run automatically at the background without any consent.help2015@mail will encrypt your file and show the instruction to get the key to recover your file. You may be asked for a certain money to pay for the key. However, it is no guarantee.
There seems to be some labs or online services which allow infected users to retrieve their private key by uploading a sample file, and then receive a decryption tool. But most of the experts states that the only method you have of restoring your files is from a backup or Shadow Volume Copies if you have System Restore enabled. It is suggested to remove help2015@mail as soon as possible to prevent further damage. And it is recommended to keep a powerful and well-known anti-spyware program like Spyhunter to protect your computer.

Instruction to remove help2015@mail
Method 1: Manual removal
Step 1: Boot your infected computer into Safe Mode with Networking
(Reboot your infected PC > keep pressing F8 key before Windows start-up screen shows>use the arrow keys to select “Safe Mode with Networking” and press Enter.)
Step 3: Remove help2015@mail from control panel.
1) On the Start menu (for Windows 8, right-click the screen's bottom-left corner), click Control Panel.
Windows Vista/7/8: Click Uninstall a Program.
Windows XP: Click Add or Remove Programs.
2) When you find the program help2015@mail, click it, and then do one of the following:
Windows Vista/7/8: Click Uninstall.
Windows XP: Click the Remove or Change/Remove tab (to the right of the program).
Step 4: Go to the Registry Editor and remove all the infection registry entries listed here:
